Padel - your mix of squash and tennis
Both a double court (4 players) and a single court (2 players) are available. The game is played on artificial turf with quartz sand, rackets can be borrowed.
Cycling course
The course is a 45-minute interval program with moderate to high intensity. The basis is the constant alternation between fast sprint units and powerful but slower climbing sections (sitting and standing).
