A wholesome breakfast made from the best ingredients - fresh, organic & vegan - or a fruity smoothie for in between meals: It tastes good and is super fresh in the Peacefood bistro. Delicious cakes are always available. Served with tea, coffee, espresso or latte!

The "Alexxanders" near the city center offers chic modernity and sophisticated comfort in a listed building. Owner and chef Roland Keilholz and his team create light German cuisine with international influences in a delightful way.
Advanced kickboxing
The course combines techniques from karate, taekwondo, Thai boxing and classic boxing. Defense concepts and coordination are taught by the trainer, a former kickboxing world champion. The focus is on values and ethical and moral principles.
No-Gi I Grappling
No-Gi is a mixture of different martial arts that specialize in holding techniques and ground fighting. You learn different levers, throwing techniques as well as submission holds, chokeholds and other holds of all kinds.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for minis (from 3 years)
The little ones learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and playful way in a safe and comfortable environment. They learn to better understand and control their own body. Trainers are on hand with help and advice.
Kickboxing for beginners
In addition to kickboxing basics, the program also includes techniques from karate, taekwondo and Thai boxing. Defense concepts, foot and fist techniques for coordination are taught. The trainer is a former kickboxing world champion.
Kickboxing for kids (from 6 years)
Part of the course is self-defense & violence prevention techniques. This gives children a better understanding of confrontation resolution, tolerance and coordination. During holistic physical training, they practise foot (kicking) & fist (boxing) techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for advanced students
The course is for white and advanced belt holders with at least 60 training units. The children learn new techniques and how to expand on what they have already learned. The corresponding values and the associated philosophy of BJJ are also taught.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids (from 8 years)
The mix of Japanese martial arts and judo techniques strengthens self-confidence, teaches self-defense, respect and fair play. The children are trained individually and in a playful way and learn and consolidate the basic techniques of BJJ.
