The course focuses on self-defense, violence prevention and motor development, which are taught in a playful and holistic way. This promotes self-confidence and self-assertion. A maximum of 18 children train in a safe environment.

The course combines techniques from karate, taekwondo, Thai boxing and classic boxing. Defense concepts and coordination are taught by the trainer, a former kickboxing world champion. The focus is on values and ethical and moral principles.

No-Gi I Grappling

The 60 training sessions focus on the basics, coordination and self-defense. There is no sparring, which allows full concentration on the techniques. After successful completion, you can switch to the intermediate course.
